Bills You Upload

When you upload or email bills to BillParser:

We extract text and structured data (vendor, amounts, dates, line items)
We store this extracted data to provide the service
Original PDF files are processed in memory and not permanently stored
Extracted bill data is retained until you delete it

Google Sheets Access

If you choose to export bills to Google Sheets, we request limited access to create spreadsheets in your Google Drive. We use the drive.file scope, which means we can only access files that BillParser creates — we cannot see or modify your other Google Drive files.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data via PostHog to improve the service:

This data is not linked to your personal identity.
