By accessing or using BillParser ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

BillParser is a bill parsing service that extracts structured data from PDF bills and invoices. The Service includes web-based tools, email forwarding, and API access.

3 Account Registration

You may use limited features without an account. To access full features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4 Free Tier and Billing

• Free accounts include 10 bills per month
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• Token packs ($2.99 for 50 bills) never expire
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✗ Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
• ✗ Use the Service for illegal purposes
• ✗ Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• ✗ Circumvent usage limits or billing
• ✗ Upload content you do not have the right to process

6 Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your bills and data. We process your data only to provide the Service.

7 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by BillParser. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillParser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillParser from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BillParser operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
